Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier, weather, or peak periods.
Shipping cost Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated or you have concerns about your delivery, email hello@getomana.com and we'll look into it right away.
