Refund policy

Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Omana leggings. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange — wear them, wash them, live in them, and decide.

Eligibility 
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the condition you received it, with tags where applicable. Because our guarantee lets you actually try them, gently worn items are welcome within the 60-day window. Items marked final sale are not eligible unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@getomana.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back — returns sent without instructions may not be processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm we've got it and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start an exchange the same way — email hello@getomana.com with your order number. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Return shipping
For a standard change-of-mind return or exchange, you're responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item over $50 is being returned, we recommend a trackable service — we can't guarantee receipt of items lost in transit. If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we cover return shipping.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund yet, first re-check your bank account, then contact your card company (posting times vary). If you've done that and still haven't received it, email us at hello@getomana.com and we'll chase it down.
